Answers before you even ask.

What age group does Littles' Clinic serve?

We care for children from birth (newborns) through to 18 years of age. This includes neonatal assessments, infant wellness visits, school-age health checks, and adolescent consultations.

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend calling ahead to schedule your visit — especially for newborn assessments or non-emergency consultations. This helps reduce your waiting time. Call us at 099324 49196.

Are vaccinations available at the clinic?

Yes. We follow the Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP) recommended immunisation schedule and provide vaccines for all age groups. We also counsel parents on vaccine choice, timing, and potential reactions to expect.

What should I bring for the first visit?

Please bring your child's previous medical records (if any), vaccination card, birth certificate for newborns, and a list of any current medications. For infants, a feeding log or any symptom notes from home are very helpful.

How do I handle a fever at home before coming to the clinic?

For children above 3 months with a temperature below 38.5°C, keep them hydrated and monitor. For any fever in a newborn under 3 months, fever above 39°C, or a child who appears unwell regardless of temperature — come in immediately or call us. Never give aspirin to children.

Is the clinic accessible for parents with prams or strollers?

Yes. Littles' Clinic at City Centre, Durgapur is designed to be accessible and comfortable for parents with infants, prams, and young children. We have a dedicated waiting area and examination space suited for small children.
